A life coach encourage and support clients on range of professional and personal issues the goal is to help you stay motivated and on-task, to move toward what appears to be long term far way goals.

Every client jointly signs a commitment contract with their life coach and upon enrollment into each program.  A set terms of the commitment contract to fit your individual goals and plans. 

The first step is to schedule an introductory session or intake assessment.  In that session, we will get an idea of what our next steps should be from there.
